Classification of Men’s T-Shirts

A t-shirt is a type of shirt that comes with no collar, no cuffs and no buttons. Usually, it has short sleeves and a round neck. It was originally intended to be part of the innerwear. However, with time and keeps changing fashion trends, and now it is the most popular choice of outerwear for most casual occasions. 

Men's t-shirt can be classified into different styles based on their fit, size, shape and even the quality of the material.

  • Neck style

The original t-shirt with its simple round neck is not the only one available anymore. Round neck t-shirt is included in hustle attire. There are several styles of t-shirt that has a distinct neck. The most common of them are tennis shirt (also known as a polo shirt or a golf shirt) is a shirt with a collar, with two or three buttons, and sometimes the breast pocket.

  • Sleeves

Men's t-shirt was originally designed to have short sleeves, but now they are produced with short sleeves, long sleeves, and even sleeveless. Simple round-necked t-shirt with short sleeves light, comfortable and relaxed. T-shirt with long sleeves can be worn during the winter. 

Both of these can be paired with jeans for informal display.

  • Fitting

Slim-fit men's t-shirt that was designed to hug the contours of the body. Wide-fit, on the other hand, was loose and hanging from the body relaxed. Slim fir t-shirts are very popular now and suit men, who are lean and well-built. They are slightly heavier in build can opt for a wide-t-shirt and jeans fit a little loose to avoid drawing attention to their mass.
